Sprinkling is prohibited during the heat of the day from noon to 6:00pm from Tuesday through Sunday. NO SPRINKLING for any purpose whatsoever shall be permitted on Mondays. Whoever violates the water sprinkling restrictions shall be fined not less than Fifty ($50.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars for each offense. Each day such violation shall occur or continue shall constitute a separate offense. Service shall be discontinued for failure to correct the violation promptly after notification or failure to pay penalties with ten (10) days after notification of their imposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
