Sprinkling is prohibited during the heat of the day from noon to 6:00pm from Tuesday through Sunday. NO SPRINKLING for any purpose whatsoever shall be permitted on Mondays. Sprinkling restrictions will go into effect on June 1 and will be lifted on September 15th. In case of a water shortage, the Board of Trustees is authorized to extend the restriction or ban the use of outside water.
Whoever violates the water sprinkling restrictions shall be fined not less than Fifty ($50.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars for each offense. Each day such violation shall occur or continue shall constitute a separate offense. Service shall be discontinued for failure to correct the violation promptly after notification or failure to pay penalties with ten (10) days after notification of their imposition.
